Q: Are your crystals real and authentic?
A: Absolutely. We hand-select every specimen for its quality and energy. Whether it is a raw mineral or a polished point, we guarantee authenticity.
Q: Where do you ship from? How much is shipping?
A: We are based in Ontario, Canada. We ship locally and internationally. Jewelry orders over $100 ship free to most Canadian and US locations. Most heavier stuff is $18 for the first kg and +$5 for subsequent kgs.
Q:Can I do virtual shopping in the store?
A:We do allow virtual shopping by appointment one day a week. Contact us on Facebook for up to date details.
Q: How should I cleanse my new crystals?
A: We recommend using smoke (sage or palo santo), sound (singing bowls), or moonlight to cleanse your stones when they arrive.
